You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us immediately. Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images and order details. After review, we may offer a replacement or a full/partial refund based on the issue. Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return. We do not accept returns for taste preferences.
